What's included:
- All bedlinen & towels - including guest towels, bath mats, tea towels and pool towels.
- All electricity and gas (unless otherwise negotiated for longer stays).
- A welcome pack of milk, bread, wine & cheese.
- A basics pack of tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tabs, toilet rolls and cleaning stuff (to save you doing that tedious first day shop).
- A basic clean at the end of your stay. If you want, we can do a "pack up and go" clean at an attractive hourly rate which means on your last day you needn't worry about anything apart from catching your plane!
- Truck-loads of information on hidden gems you'd never find without help!
Optional extras:
- A gourmet welcome.
- An honesty wine cellar.
- A personal shop for your arrival - simply email us your list and it'll be here waiting for you.
- Babysitting service for that special night off.

Prices:
- Low season - from £400 per week
- Mid season - from £600 per week
- High Season - from £850 per week
We also offer long-weekends from £300 and a "Peter's Friends" style (do you remember that great film?) Christmas or New year House-Party-Package from £950 (including gourmet goodies, fizz, wine and of course your very own decorated Christmas tree!).
During Low season we offer lower rates for longer stays.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remainder to be paid 10 weeks before your arrival. Payment can be made by card, if you wish.
